Membership Plans Designed Around You
Three personalized care memberships provide varying levels of support depending on your health needs and lifestyle.
Visit lengths are intentionally flexible. Some visits will be shorter, while others may be longer depending on your individual needs. A standard visit time window is allotted within each membership plan. If a visit exceeds that window, additional time is billed at the applicable hourly rate and invoiced prior to the next scheduled visit."

THE RECOVERY SUITE
Post-Surgical Recovery Support | Up to 7 Days Per Package
- Daily or scheduled nurse visits for up to 7 days per package
- Visit length and hourly rate determined by what each visit requires clinically
- Wound care, drain management & dressing changes as applicable
- Medication management, pain & nausea oversight
- Nutrition, hydration & rest support

- 1 surgical follow-up appointment accompaniment included — within package dates of service only

THE BRIDGE PLAN
Hospital-to-Home Transition Support | Up to 7 Days Post-Discharge
- Up to 7 days of transition support following hospital discharge
- Minimum of 1 visit, up to 3 visits within the 7-day window
- Discharge instruction review & medication reconciliation
- Home safety assessment on first visit
- Provider communication & follow-up appointment coordination
- Caregiver coaching & family education within visit time
- This package covers 1 transition episode only. Additional hospital visits or subsequent discharge episodes are not included and will be billed separately
THE COMPANION PLAN
Private Travel Nursing & Companion Support
- Dedicated private nurse for travel, events, or extended outings
- Minimum rate of $600/day — rate increases with clinical complexity and duration
- Medication management & clinical oversight throughout
- Liaison with local or destination providers if needed
- Available domestically or internationally
- Rate covers nursing services only. Travel scheduling, bookings, and transportation coordination are not included in this service. If medical transport is required, it is arranged through and billed directly by the appropriate transport provider.

The following services fall outside the direct clinical scope of Trusted Touch. We maintain relationships with vetted professionals in each area and are happy to connect you — these providers bill independently and directly.
- CNA / Home Health Aide - Certified nursing assistant or home health aide for daily living support and personal care.
- Licensed Social Worker - Resource navigation, care planning support, benefits coordination, and family guidance
- Mental Health Support - Licensed therapist or counselor for clients or family members navigating difficult health journeys.
- Spiritual Care / Chaplaincy -Non-denominational spiritual support for clients and families — particularly during serious illness or end of life.
